How it Works
Use products 20-30 minutes a day, 5 times a week, for the best results.
The Arm Toner, which is manufactured to medical standards, uses Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) technology to mimic regular exercise, resulting in stronger, firmer and more toned bicep & tricep muscles.
What Does It Feel Like?
When you first start toning, you will feel a tingly sensation.
As you increase the intensity you will start to feel distinct muscle contractions. This is when our muscle toner (and you) are optimizing your workout.
It should not be too uncomfortable, but you should feel like you’ve pushed yourself a little bit harder every time you tone. You should be able to hold a conversation, work at your desk or do chores around the house.
Common Questions
How many sessions can I do in a day?
We recommend a maximum of two sessions per day. If you feel sore, stop for the day to rest and recover. It’s during these rest periods that your muscles are growing stronger.
Can I move the Arm Toners up or down?
Yes, but ensure that the controller has been disconnected. Also, ensure that you remove the gel pads from your skin before making any adjustments.
Can electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) cause muscle soreness in your arms?
Like all workouts, you should expect some muscle soreness. Use a lower toning intensity if you’re experiencing excessive soreness in your biceps and triceps.
Try it out for 30 Days and if you don't love your new slender look we'll give you your money back!
